Broad Bahn Takes Hambo Glory

Broad Bahn, driven by George "The Minister of Speed" Brennan, won Saturday's $1.5 Million Hambletonian Stakes at the Meadowlands. Brennan completed The Hambletonian double after he won the Hambletonian Oaks with Bold And Fresh in the previous race. It is only the 2nd time in history a driver has swept both races on the same day (Brian Sears, 2009 with Broadway Schooner and Muscle Hill).

Congrats to winning owner Leif Alber of Denmark, winning trainer Noel Daley, and my pick for Bro of the Day, George Brennan.
